According to the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government, scouts from more than 150 countries, distributed in eight cities and provinces across the country, including the metropolitan area, Chungcheong area, and Jeonbuk area, gather in Sangam on more than 1,000 buses. The Ministry of Public Administration and Security is inspecting the stage equipment and facilities installed at Sangam World Cup Stadium to ensure that no damage occurs due to Typhoon Kanun. A forecaster from the Korea Meteorological Administration is stationed at the site, and the wire supporting the stage has been reinforced to prevent it from collapsing in strong winds. About 200 firefighters and 600 police officers are deployed in each aisle within the venue to manage crowds and provide quick rescue and first aid in case of an emergency.

The K- Pop concert was scheduled to be held on the special outdoor stage in Saemangeum on the 6th, but the schedule and venue were changed to the Sangam World Cup Stadium on the 11th due to heatwave and safety concerns, and northbound Kanun. In this process, the group ‘Ive’, which was originally scheduled to appear, was excluded, but changed another schedule and joined the K- pop concert.
