‘36.39 km per hour’ Daejeon Kim In-gyun, the fastest in the K-League in April… 1st place in sprint is Daegu Ko Jae-hyun

The fastest player in the K-League in April was Kim In-gyun (Daejeon Hana Citizen).

On the 15th, the Korea Professional Football Federation (KFA) announced the TOP5 for each monthly physical data category based on data from each of the K-League 1 and 2 held in April. The physical data is an analysis of the K-League players’ total distance (km), top speed (km/h), number of sprints, and sprint distances by utilizing the optical tracking system technology of BPro 11, a company specializing in soccer analysis. It was revived after 3 years since 2020.먹튀검증

At the time of 2020, accurate comparison and analysis were impossible because the 22 K-League teams did not use the same GPS equipment. However, starting this year, as all clubs applied the same measurement method, accurate comparison and analysis of activity data became possible.

The player with the highest speed in the K-League is Kim In-kyun of Daejeon Hana Citizen. Kim In-kyun was replaced in the 5th round match against FC Seoul and recorded a maximum speed of 36.39km/h in a counterattack situation in the 23rd minute of the second half.

Daejeon also produced 3rd place in the K-League 1 fastest. Jeon Byeong-gwan ranked third with 35.23 km/h, following Ahn Hyun-beom (Jeju United, 35.26 km/h). In Daejeon, three players including Seo Young-jae, Leandro, and Jeon Byung-gwan were listed in the top 5 in the fastest speed category in March.
