A tenant who left his car at the entrance of a shopping mall parking lot… Day 5 ‘lockdown’

 A tenant of a commercial building in Incheon left an empty car at the entrance to an underground parking lot for five days, and the police launched an investigation.

According to the Incheon Nonhyeon Police Station on the 26th, on the 22nd, a 112 report was received from the management team of an 8-story commercial building in Nonhyeon-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, stating that “the driver left the car at the entrance of the parking lot and disappeared스포츠토토.”

The driver left the parking lot alone, leaving his Trax vehicle parked in front of the toll machine with his barrier lowered.

As a result of the investigation, it was found that the driver of the vehicle was a man in his 40s who was a tenant of the building.

It was confirmed that Mr. A parked his vehicle in the underground parking lot of a shopping mall on the 21st and left the car at 8:30 am the next day.

The building management team that reported Mr. A stated in a police investigation, “There was a dispute with Mr. A over the usual management fee collection.”

The police, who received the report, notified Mr. A of attendance by wire, but when they could not reach Mr. A, they visited Mr. A’s residence and delivered the request to attend to his family.

The police are reviewing a plan to apply charges of general traffic obstruction and business obstruction after calling Mr. A for investigation later.

It was confirmed that the place where Mr. A left the vehicle was not on the road according to the Road Traffic Act, but inside a commercial building, so towing action could not be taken.

A police official said, “If Mr. A intentionally refuses to attend, we are also reviewing a plan to apply for an arrest warrant.” said.

Previously, in Incheon, a car owner who intentionally blocked a parking lot in an apartment complex in Songdo International City in 2018 was indicted on charges of obstruction of general traffic and obstruction of business, and was sentenced to 6 months in prison and 2 years of probation in the first trial.
